Behind the Scenes: How it Began

Once upon a time, well a day in 2017 actually, I was feeling particularly artsy. I had seen a picture of stamping rings and thought, “I could make that!” So I picked up a set of metal stamps only to find out that I could not. I had zero knowledge of metalwork and no stamping skills. I ended up practicing with leather bracelets, which turned out to be a hit. I am grateful for many friends and family who bought my bracelets during this time, which enabled me to keep at it, improve my skills, and eventually even make stacking name rings – still my favorite pieces today! I had less than 50 sales my first year on Etsy, but I was hooked!

Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve loved to create things. I have so many memories of one of my siblings saying “What do you want to do?” and without hesitation I almost always responded “Let’s make something!” Creating relaxes me and brings me joy. I love creating pieces that are significant to my customers, hearing their stories, and being part of their meaningful moments.

I love owning my own business and working from home. I love designing new styles and having freedom to try new things. I spend a lot of my time learning new techniques and improving my silversmithing skills (and buying expensive new tools…).

I’ve been blown away by the quick and continuous growth of the business. God has truly blessed it and I am immensely honored to be able to play a small role in brightening someone’s day by recognizing their special people and meaningful moments. I love it even more today than I did when I began. Thank you for letting me be part of celebrating your people and your story.

This photo is of my very first sale.
