You must pay return shipping and $5 to cover the cost of shipping them back to you. Please note that birthstone rings cannot be made smaller. They can be increased up to 1 size. Spinner rings cannot be resized at all. Under normal volume conditions, pieces are created within 1-3 business days. During peak volume conditions pieces make take 1-2 weeks to be created. Shipping time is not included in that time frame.

In the rare event your order is lost in transit once shipped, I am not responsible, but will do what I can to help you locate it. I cannot change the shipping method once an order has been placed.
