Why should I buy from WordWrap?
I want you to be thrilled with your purchase. Customer service is my first priority. I care about quality and offer fast production.
What is hand stamping?
Hand stamping is a technique where each letter is stamped into the metal with a hammer, one at a time. Each item will be unique. All my items are hand stamped.
How do I care for my jewelry?
I work primarily with silver because it is a really beautiful precious metal that is very versatile. Sterling silver is strong and should not break if you treat it kindly. It may, however, tarnish with time. To remedy this, simply use a polishing cloth to wipe the tarnish off. I will include a small polishing cloth with your order, or you can purchase a larger one to last indefinitely.

Which payment methods do you accept?
I accept payments via PayPal (which allows you to use your credit card).
How do I find my ring size?
The easiest way is to find a ring that fits and measure the inner diameter in millimeters. Alternatively you can get sized at a jeweler or a department store.
Help! I got the wrong ring size.
If your ring does not fit correctly, please message me to see if it can be resized.
Can I request a custom design?
I am happy to work with you on creating that special one of a kind piece with the saying, names or phrase of your choice. Just send me a message and let me know your thoughts. If you have links to pictures or other ideas, send them as well.
What is your policy for returns and exchanges?
Due to the personalized nature of the items, I cannot accept returns. However, please contact me within 7 days of delivery if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason so I can make it right. I really want you to love your item!

How long will it take to complete my order?
I know how hard it can be to wait for your order, so unless otherwise noted, my turnaround time is only 1-3 business days. This does not include shipping time.
Shipping
What shipping options do you offer?
I only ship within the United States, and I use USPS. Delivery by:
- First Class: 3-5 business days
- Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
- Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days
How do I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. This will include a tracking number so you can track your package all the way to its destination. It can take 1-2 days for USPS to update the shipping status on their end.
How will my item be packaged?
I package each order in a cute little gift box with a ribbon, so you can give it to the recipient as is, saving you the need to wrap it up! If you include a gift message, I will print it on a nice little card and include it with your gift.
